Matt leads our market engagement and retail programmes.

Former Head of UK Demand Generation at MessageLabs and marketing across the emerging markets for Websense. Matt has extensive market engagement and demand generation expertise, working with Symantec, FireEye, Brightpearl, eCommera, Demandware and Ensighten. Matt has an MBA from Cardiff Business School.

Fergal identifies retail innovation, develops go to market strategies and leads our investment activities.

Fergal co-founded 10CMS, a leading ecommerce solution provider (now Amplience) with over 300 customers including many well-known retail and fashion brands. Fergal and has 15 years experience successfully raising investment for early stage technology businesses, with a strong UK investment network.  He has a comprehensive knowledge of the Retail and eCommerce markets, especially within the UK.

Alison, non-executive and chair of Eccomplished.

Alison has vast experience working with major technology companies, building brands and launching market leading products and solutions. During 8 years as Central Marketing Group Director at Microsoft, Alison gained extensive knowledge of both B2B and consumer marketing, executing integrated marketing solutions across many different environments, industries and geographies.

Alison is currently Group Marketing Director of 1Spatial Plc, an AIM listed UK technology group, and previously was Central Marketing Group Director for Microsoft and a Senior Marketing Director for Oracle.
